Francesca's very nice hospitality, helpfulness, and kindness. The comfortable and well-equipped room with spacious kitchen. The polite and helpful hotel owners. Special treatment at the recommended restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay here. Francesca, the proprietor, was kind and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant with delicious food and where we received special treatment. The room was comfortable and had many amenities like a washing machine, and the kitchen was spacious. The hotel owners were polite and waited for us even though we reached late in the evening. we had a lovely experience.
No negative aspects.

The bed sheets could have been better maintained by the cleaning staff.

Room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had complimentary toiletries. The location was convenient as it was near the hospital and public transport stops were easily accessible. We appreciated the free parking available for our rental car.
Our romantic escape was spoiled as the bed sheets had dirty stains which made us doubt if they were changed from the previous guest. We could not get any sleep as the noise from the nearby hospital was too loud.

During my Christmas stay at this B&B, I found that the amenities and location were the best aspects. the room was well equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washing machine, which made my stay more comfortable. the B&B was centrally located, getting me to all hotspots without a hassle. Finally, the proprietor was quite informative, giving us adequate information about the available amenities.
The worst aspect of my Christmas stay was the hygienic conditions. There were beddings that seemed unwashed and unkept since the last guest left.
